To do this tutorial you will need 2 tubes, some brushes,
plugin Extrude, a mask, a beautiful font and your knowledge of PSP.

Open a transparent image with 480x360

We call this layer  Back1
2- Flood fill with this colour:  #b9bea2

3 -Plugin Extrude:
Cubes / Lengh- 20px /Deph-50
Random / Nothing more checked
OK

4 -Duplicate the back1

5-In this layer (back2) apply the mask 20/20
Like the scan 1

5-Go to Adjust/ Brightness and Contrast/Correction Gamma
and make un little more dark

6-Harmonize the couleurs of 2 layers.

7-Another layer (face) and apply the face tube

8-Apply the flower tube (layer flower)

9-Duplicate the layer 4 and apply gaussian blur a 20/30 (flower2)
Place the layers as you wish

10-Put the foreground with the color #93865f
and the background with this one #a1a787
 

11-Go to the brushes and choice the brush you prefer

Now it's your choice to apply the brushes.
Don't forget: Each brush each layer.
 

12-Apply with these colours or what you want.
After prepared your composition choice the font.
 

11-(LayerText) Mine is Edwardian Script ITC(commercial)
You write your text with a Drop Shadow: 1/- Blur 1 / opacity 100
 

12-For the layer Frame, I choiced a brush
and I reduced the opacity to 68
 

13-Open a layer (logo) and sign your work

You can choice the brushes you want to decorate.
